COVID-19 Update

We are fully open and operating in line with Government guidance.

Our main focus is to ensure that we safely and responsibly meet the needs of our customers and staff, while doing our part to keep our community safe.

Here's what we're doing and how you can help:

  • Social distancing measures are in place
  • Hand sanitiser stations are positioned throughout site
  • Protective screens have been fitted to desks where required
  • Disposable gloves, seat, steering wheel covers are being used by our drivers and technicians.
  • Pre-appointment calls may be made beforehand to limit the number of customers on site at any given time
  • Mobile Estimates are now available. This is to reduce the number of people coming to site and to enable those that are unable to leave their homes to get pre-repair estimates done.
  • Each vehicle that passes through the workshop will be sanitised using a safe disinfecting solution
  • Customers are encouraged to make payments by card or other contactless methods
  • Contactless collection/delivery of vehicles is available on request

Our reception and estimating teams are on hand to assist with your enquiry from the comfort of your own home.Making an appointment before you visit the site is advisable to avoid any unnecessary waiting in light of social distancing and new hygiene measures.
